RETURN POLICY

Return policy

Returning items has to happen within the 30days from the purchase. Returned items must be returned in new condition and in the original box. A 5% restocking fee will be assessed. In case of an OPEN BOX item: if any wear and tear, damages, or tool marks are evident, up to 40% restocking fee will be assessed according to the level of wear on the bike(s). Customers will be credited in the amount charged minus any applied restocking fees. If there is any additional information you want to find out, contact us at (service@altonus.com).

 

RMA instructions (Return Material Authorization)

Please email (service@altonus.com) stating your issue of return and other important information/feedbacks. Also include your original order number, the item(s) you are returning, and your contact info including your name. We will then issue RMA # to confirm your request of return. NOTE: RMA # will indicate return service team that the item will be returned, therefore, it is important to receive RMA #.
